As your Project Manager, I will oversee the production
of your book from manuscript to publication.
Specifically, I will
- determine the overall plan for your project including
budget, schedule, and quality requirements;
- prepare a detailed project report updated weekly, which
will become a thorough project history document upon publication;
- complete or oversee all editorial, design, and formatting services;
- check proofs at all major stages of production; and
- prepare the project for printing.
